This image uses two knives to symbolize the concept of "pain" through "discipline" and "regret." The knife labeled "Discipline" is shown with a small amount of blood, suggesting that the pain from discipline is minimal and manageable. In contrast, the knife labeled "Regret" is covered in more blood, implying that the pain from regret is much greater. The illustration conveys the idea that while discipline requires effort and can be uncomfortable, it's less painful than the regret of not taking action or making poor choices.

Discipline requires your effort and it is not easy.
But regret of taking a wrong choice or doing what you shouldn't have done is very painful.
"HAD I KNOW" is really painful.
