Here is how am going to show you how to make a perfect spaghetti meal:
Firstly: Get a pack of pasta or any choice or brand you want e.g golden penny pasta
Get a non-stick pot, you could just boil your pasta, after 7- 8 minutes, you can drain with a sieve and make it starch free.
Step 2: You could dry and heat up your pot, then add a little oil, e.g olive oil, non cholesterol vegetable oil. I think you should know that you got to have some veggies ( Onions, tomatoes, sardines, spring onions, green peas, carrots etc)
Then when the oil is heated up you could just add your onions to give it a nice aroma, then stir, in the process you could also add up you spices,( maggi seasoning, curry, thyme) please note all this got some health benefits.
Step 3: After you have fried all your veggies then you could go ahead to add your starch free pasta into the pot, then you stir for a perfect mixture of all the content together, most often people like to add water, but have you ever tried a honey bee mixture with your pasta?, it give it a extreme and delicious taste, I could give you a doubt to try the honey mixture, so then when that is done, it's optional if you want some meatballs which is highly proteinous, made with beef and eggs mashed
Finally: After ready you could serve your tasty pasta, and meatballs with a chilled drink.
