This happens when you feel like there is a lot to do, or probably there are a lot of things seeking your attention at a particular moment.
Most times you feel like crying or feel alone. This could mean that your mental health isn’t so balanced.

when you can’t place your hand on anything meaningful, feeling lost, unarranged.
You feel like you have a lot of things to do but you don’t know about them, or you can’t concentrate on anything, do you lack focus? then this means that your mental health might be heading in a negative direction.
Worthy of note is that, the above tips might just be due to a lot of stress, you cold practice resting more, having a good sleep, talking with loved ones, no doubt these feelings happen to everyone.

gratitude journal is a swipe file which contains memories of happy moments, achievements, good times, cherished moments etc.

At times it’s better to listen to the music that best describes what you feel at that point, sometimes it loosens up your emotions.

This is because it controls our body functions and productivity rate.
